Biography

Casey is a tough and seasoned litigator, holding accountable some of the world’s largest corporations and insurance companies for causing harm to individuals. 

His practice spans from representing individuals in personal injury, construction accidents, wrongful deaths, product liability, and worker’s compensation claims to multidistrict litigation and class action lawsuits on behalf of individuals and municipalities harmed by large corporations. Casey has litigated hundreds of cases, obtaining high settlements and verdicts for his clients. He has obtained several multimillion-dollar settlements on behalf of his clients.

In addition to a robust litigation practice, he is a frequent lecturer on worker’s compensation, personal injury, multidistrict litigation and class action lawsuits. Casey often presents on those topics to various private and public sector labor unions, municipalities, the State Bar of Wisconsin, and the Wisconsin Association of Worker’s Compensation Attorneys. He is also on the board of directors for the Wisconsin Association for Justice.

Prior to law school, Casey worked in Washington D.C. in the U.S. House of Representatives and the United States Senate.
